Terms and Conditions for Online Appointment Booking
Effective: 08.07.2026. This is a convenience translation. The German version of these terms is the legally binding version.
§ 1 Scope and provider
These terms and conditions apply to the reservation of appointments via the online booking at retreatberlin.com. The provider is The Retreat HC GmbH & Co. KG, Mauerstr. 78, 10117 Berlin ("The Retreat"), phone +49 30 290 36 290, email info@retreatgermany.com.
§ 2 Subject of the online booking
(1) The online booking reserves an appointment only. Upon completion of your online booking, we reserve the selected time exclusively for you. No payment is made through the online booking.
(2) After completing your booking, you will receive a booking confirmation by email.
(3) Any treatment contract is concluded — if a treatment takes place — only on site, with the respective provider of the service.
(4) Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy notice.
§ 3 Cancellations, rescheduling and missed-appointment fee
(1) Free cancellation and rescheduling. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours before its start — online via the link in your booking confirmation, by phone at +49 30 290 36 290, or by email to info@retreatgermany.com.
(2) Missed-appointment fee. For your appointment, treatment time, practitioner capacity and practice resources are reserved exclusively for you. If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment or do not attend, we charge a missed-appointment fee as liquidated compensation for the loss we typically incur:for consultation appointments (including consultation with face analysis): €20,for treatment appointments: €50.
(3) No fee without fault; proof of lesser damage. The fee is not charged if you were not responsible for the cancellation or non-attendance (e.g. acute illness, emergency) or if we were able to fill the slot otherwise. You are expressly permitted to demonstrate that we suffered no loss or a substantially lower loss; in that case the fee is waived or reduced accordingly. We remain free to prove a higher loss.
(4) Invoicing. The fee is charged by invoice, payable within 14 days. It is not remuneration for treatment but liquidated compensation for the reserved, unused appointment.
(5) Late arrival. If you arrive significantly late, the available treatment time may be shortened accordingly, or — where proper performance is no longer possible — the appointment may be treated as missed (paragraph 2).
(6) Note. These terms concern only the appointment reservation (§ 2). Any medical consultation and informed consent take place — where required — on site.
§ 4 Right of withdrawalWithdrawal instruction
Right of withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (The Retreat HC GmbH & Co. KG, Mauerstr. 78, 10117 Berlin, phone +49 30 290 36 290, email info@retreatgermany.com) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unambiguous statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, or an email).

Consequences of withdrawal. No payment is made through the online booking; accordingly, there are no payments to refund in the event of withdrawal. The withdrawal also counts as a free cancellation of your appointment.
